I am a Food Psychology Coach and a Life Coach
In order for me to help you find your optimum state of health and well-being we need to look at your life and current well-being from every aspect. Physical, spiritual, mental and emotional. Each of these bodies plays an important role and if they aren’t working syncronistically together then you may not be functioning as well as you could or living your best life.
As a coach, from my perspective one of the most profound things about living is that life wants us to rise to our calling. Your soul wants you to evolve as much as possible within this lifetime. So, if something isn’t serving your greatest good, life will make you uncomfortable as a way of re-directing you or sending you a message. This can often arise as symptom within the body.
This is Food Language, a beautiful approach to life I want to teach all my clients.
One of the most basic and fundamental aspects and components of creating complete health and wellbeing is nourishment of the physical body. That is to say the food we eat. We are made up of about 50 trillion cells. As with the cornerstone of any strong relationship, these cells all just want to talk and communicate with each other as best as they can. Every day we make choices whether they are conscious or not, about what we chose to put into our bodies and these choices become our cells which are constantly replication, repair and death. We literally become what we eat. Food has the capacity to be our most powerful medicine, it can also just as readily take away our good health.
Through one to one coaching I will get to know you very well. Together we will go through a wellness questionnaire designed to help expose your challenges, triggers, symptoms and possible causes. Once these have been identified, we can begin to co create a plan that will help you release old patterns and mindsets that have become outdated and replace them with healthful ones.
As your coach I am going to help YOU to learn to decode the messages your body has been sending you. I will teach you nutritional information and nutritional wisdom and the importance of knowing the difference. I will equip you with the tools and techniques you need, that will bring your body back in to its natural alignment, meaning you will learn to ‘just know’ what your body needs by listening to it. The confusion and frustration that surrounds fad diets will fall away as you begin to tune into what your body. You will begin to develop, authentic and healthy self- love and self-confidence. The wellness questionnaire will also aim to highlight key “aha” moments in your journey so far. Everyone has a different story to tell and different goals for the future. Your story will be carefully considered and is an important component for creating your individualised plan. This plan will honour all that you have been through, all that you want to be and will propel you into transformation and a happier healthier more fulfilled life.
Food Language approach will never expire or outdate. This is not a fad, nor a ‘one size fits all’ plan. This is a non-diet, healthy, empowering approach that will ensure you are feeling and looking your absolute best.
